Seneca One Tower Projects
In 2014, Douglas Jemal purchased the Seneca One Tower in Buffalo, New York, which is located at 1 W Seneca Street. The 529-foot-tall structure was built between 1969 - 1974 and contains over 1,200,000 square feet of space. The tallest and most recognizable structure in Buffalo, Seneca One Tower is being entirely renovated by Douglas Development. This historic skyscraper is a mixed-use complex with more than 100 apartments, retail establishment and office space with 360-degree views of WNY.
Douglas Jemal specifically hired Kyle Anderson as a local artist as he knew he would bring the historic pieces back to life! Some of the projects Kyle worked on at Seneca One Tower was:
-
Cutting historic safety deposit boxes out of the bank vault located in the bottom of the tower and added a rustic flair.
-
Custom lighting
-
Custom signs for the interior and exterior of the building
-
Enhancing "The Sopranos" bar by adding custom metalwork
